Tulip Field Mandala – crochet a fun mandala for spring

Tulip Field MandalaIt’s time for a brand new pattern once again! This time, I’m making an ode to my home country: the Netherlands. I grew up near the region where there are a lot of tulip fields. I can still clearly remember the colorful tulip fields I passed by on my bike ride to school. The tulip fields are definitely a typical Dutch sight.

When you think of a typical Dutch flower, the tulip is probably the first one that comes to mind. But did you know that the official national flower of the Netherlands is actually a daisy? I only discovered this while writing this text. And without even realizing it, I had already paid tribute to this national flower before – with the Blooming Daisy Mandala!
